Tim Boyle, who earned the start in the loss to Cleveland, will back up Goff on Thursday. Third quarterback David Blough is among the inactives.For the Bears, wide receiver Allen Robinson (hamstring) is officially inactive and will miss his second consecutive game. He had been listed as doubtful.Goff is in the midst of a dreadful season, having thrown just eight touchdowns against six interceptions in his first season with the Lions (0-8-1). Detroit lost the season’s first meeting with the Bears after turning the ball over four times in Chicago’s red zone. But Goff had his best game of the season, throwing for 299 yards with two TDs and no INTs.
