Detroit Lions starting cornerback Terrion Arnold left Tuesday’s practice and is being evaluated for a hamstring injury, the team announced.Arnold, 22, limped off the field and worked with a trainer on the sidelines, according to reports.Detroit selected Arnold with the 24th overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft out of Alabama.He started 15 of 16 regular-season games as a rookie, made 60 tackles and defended 10 passes. He also started the Lions’ lone playoff game and made six tackles.Head coach Dan Campbell said Tuesday that safety Kerby Joseph is dealing with “knee irritation” which has kept him out of the last few practices in Allen Park, Mich. Campbell expects Joseph to return to practice after the Lions play the Los Angeles Chargers on Thursday in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio.
