If there’s one thing we know about Detroit Tigers president of baseball operations Scott Harris, it’s that he’s not afraid to add lots of pitching.
Outside of bringing back second baseman Gleyber Torres for another season on a one-year qualifying offer, Harris has used his first few free agency moves on bullpen arms.
