Kyle Manzardo and Angel Martinez each hit RBI doubles in the top of the 10th inning to lift the Cleveland Guardians to a 7-5 win over the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park on Saturday.Cleveland has won the first three of the four-game series.Bo Naylor had a sacrifice fly and pinch-hitter Nolan Jones added an RBI single in the four-run 10th for Cleveland.But Clase stifled the Detroit rally by inducing a foulout from Colt Keith and a groundout by Riley Greene to end the game.After falling behind 3-0 in the first, Cleveland didn’t allow a run until the 10th inning, and the Guardians bullpen didn’t allow a hit in more than four innings of work until Torres’ double in the 10th.Detroit took a 3-0 lead in the first on an RBI double by Keith and a 2-run single by Matt Vierling.Cleveland cut its deficit to 3-2 in the third on a solo home run by Naylor and an RBI single by Jose Ramirez.
