Thompson, the 23-year-old and former 5th overall pick by the Pistons in the 2023 NBA Draft, has turned himself into one of the best defenders in the league averaging roughly six rebounds, two steals, and one block per game while also averaging nearly ten points per contest during his first three NBA seasons.
