Bills trample Lions during Thursday night showcase in Buffalo as Detroit suffers first loss of the season

The new Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, New York was not kind to the visiting Detroit Lions during Thursday Night Football as Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills picked apart a (very) vulnerable Lions defense and prevented any second half rally from happening by Detroit in a 41-31 Bills home victory.

Buffalo improved to 2-0 on the season, while the Lions fell hard to 1-1.

The Lions will look to get off the mat this Sunday afternoon as they return home to Ford Field to take on a familiar face in Aaron Glenn and the 1-1 New York Jets at 1 pm.
