The Terrion Arnold experience with the Detroit Lions is over after only two seasons.
Following his pre-trial hearing on Monday morning where the former 2024 first-round (24th overall) pick is accused of multiple felonies, including four counts each of kidnapping and assault, the Lions announced that they have released the 23-year-old.
Terrion Arnold was the Lions’ first-round pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, which was held in Detroit.

During his two seasons with the Lions, Arnold appeared in 24 games (22 starts) totaling just one interception and one fumble recovery to go with 91 tackles (70 solo).
Arnold turned himself in to Hillsborough County (Florida) last Wednesday night after authorities accused him of orchestrating the abduction and beating of three men who prosecutors believe he wrongly suspected of having stolen luxury goods and $100,000 in cash from him.
Arnold had his bond set at $1 million on Monday morning.
