In Detroit Red Wings news unrelated to the crazy offseason involving both Dylan Larkin and Steve Yzerman, the organization has released its regular season schedule for the upcoming 2026-27 regular season.
Beginning this season, the National Hockey League has added two regular season games resulting in an 84-game season.

The Red Wings open the season with a four-game homestand at home that begins on Friday, October 2nd against the New York Rangers.
In addition, seven of the first eight games of the season will take place inside Little Caesars Arena.
