It was shades of the 2003 NBA Playoffs all over again for the Detroit Pistons.
Faced with an opening round 3-1 series deficit against the #8 seed Orlando Magic, the top seeded and 60-win Pistons were able to put a “magic act” of their own to rally and capture the final three games of the best-of-seven series and stun the upset-minded Magic in seven games, 4-3, to advance to the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
