The nationally ranked Grand Valley State Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams embarked on the opening of GLIAC play for the 2025-26 season this past weekend at home against the Lake Superior State Lakers and Saginaw Valley Cardinals on Thursday and Saturday, respectively, with both teams combining to go 3-1 when all was said and done.
