Tigers Weekly Report: Winning is Contagious

We all know that winning never gets old.

It just doesn’t, and the what’s the Detroit Tigers continue to do throughout the early portions of the 2025 regular season.

Over the past week, the Tigers were able to put together a 5-1 record that included a thrilling home three-game sweep of the Boston Red Sox and taking two of three over the weekend across the border against the Toronto Blue Jays.

Because of their continued success, the Tigers are still atop of the American League Central standings with Memorial Day fastly approaching:

The Tigers begin the week on the road against a National League Central foe followed by heading back home for a massive divisional showdown to begin Memorial Day weekend:

  • May 19th-21st at St. Louis Cardinals (Busch Stadium)
  • May 22nd-25th vs. Cleveland Guardians (Comerica Park)
