Tigers Weekly Report: Home Dominace

What a ten-game homestand it was for the Detroit Tigers as they were able to total an 8-2 mark during that stretch to slightly widen their American League Central lead over the Cleveland Guardians as we enter the final days of April and begin May this coming weekend.

The Tigers began last week taking two of three from one of the best teams in baseball in the San Diego Padres followed by sweeping the Baltimore Orioles out of Comerica Park over the weekend.

Detroit’s home record currently sits at 13-3 as they end the home portion of their April schedule.

Here’s how the A.L. Central currently sits through the first month of the season:

The Tigers now hit the road for ten straight away from downtown Detroit, and it begins this week with seven games in as many days:
