For the first time since the 2017 Calder Cup Playoffs, the Grand Rapids Griffins have won a playoff series after claiming a 3-1 series victory over the Rockford IceHogs in the best-of-five Central Division Semifinals.

The Griffins advance to the Central Division Finals against the Texas Stars-Milwaukee Admirals winner with dates and times to be determined at a later date.
