Tigers sweep White Sox for first 3-0 start since 2016

The Detroit Tigers began the 2024 season with a bang in sweeping American League Central counterpart the Chicago White Sox by 1-0 (Thursday), 7-6 (Saturday – 10 innings), and 3-2 (Sunday) decisions on the road to earn their first 3-0 start in eight years.

After getting swept at home, the White Sox have started 0-3 for the first time since the 2015 season.
