“I’m retiring….for good.”: Tom Brady announces retirement after 23 seasons

After 23 seasons in the National Football League and winning seven Super Bowl Championships, the greatest winner in the history of the league has decided to call it a career….for real this time.

The former Michigan Wolverine played 20 seasons with the New England Patriots and three with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers capturing six titles with the Patriots (2002, 2004, 2005, 2015, 2017, 2019) and one with the Buccaneers (2021).

The California native played for the Wolverines from 1995-99 before being drafted by the Patriots in the sixth-round (199th overall) of the 2000 NFL Draft.
