The NFL announced the officiating crew that will be in this year’s Super Bowl.

According to a WOOD TV report, one member is from West Michigan and has deep ties. Dino Paganelli will be the back judge of this year’s crew.

The Paganelli family is full of officiating experience. Dino has two brothers that have have been referees in the Super Bowl before. His father, Carl, had over 50 years of officiating experience and was inducted into the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame. He passed away in 2019.
