The Grand Valley State Women’s Basketball team had no issues in their Elite Eight matchup against Missouri Western yesterday afternoon down in Birmingham, Alabama downing the Griffons by a 67-44 decision.

The Lakers now set its sights on Wednesday night’s Final Four matchup against the Pioneers of Glenville State at 7 pm, who beat up on West Texas A&M in their respective Elite Eight matchup by a 103-56 final.

The Pioneers-Lakers tilt features the country’s best defensive team (GVSU) going up against the country’s best offensive team (Glenville State).
