In regards to #7 Michigan State, they started off their tournament with a nail-biting victory over #10 Davidson on Friday night and gave #2 Duke everything they had on Sunday before succumbing to the Blue Devils down the stretch to see their season end with a 23-13 overall record.

The Wolverines will now head south to San Antonio, Texas to take on the #2 Villanova Wildcats in the Sweet 16 on Thursday night at 7:29 pm with a berth to Saturday’s Elite Eight on the line.
