The Grand Valley State Women’s Basketball team begins their Elite Eight journey this coming Monday afternoon in Birmingham, Alabama looking to capture their second National Championship in program history.
After the regional round in the Division Two circuit, the eight teams that make it through get re-seeded, and the Lakers received the #2 seed in the Elite Eight and will square off against the #7-seeded Missouri Western Griffons at 3:30 pm.
