Former Michigan And Grand Rapids Gold Standout Nik Stauskas Signs Two-Year Deal With The Boston Celtics

Nik Stauskas, the former University of Michigan product and #8 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings, is officially back in the NBA.

During his two seasons in Ann Arbor, the 28-year-old totaled 14.1 points per game and shot 44.1% from three and 83.2% from the free throw line. The product of Canada also claimed the “Big Ten Player of the Year” award during the 2013-14 season to go with being named a Second-Team All-American.

Stauskas has bounced around during his NBA tenure playing for the Kings, 76ers, Raptors, Nets, Trail Blazers, Cavaliers, and Heat appearing in 337 career games putting up 6.8 points per game.
