Michigan To Hire Former Quarterback Denard Robinson As Assistant Director Of Player Personnel

“Shoelace” is reportedly coming back to Ann Arbor.

Jim Harbaugh is bringing back former Michigan standout Denard Robinson to serve as the program’s assistant director of player personnel.

During his Wolverines career from 2009-12, Robinson compiled over 10,000 total yards (6,250 passing, 4,495 rushing, and 31 receiving) to go with 91 total touchdowns and 39 interceptions thrown.

Robinson was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth-round (135th overall) during the 2013 NFL Draft. The Florida native went on to total 1,058 rushing yards, 310 receiving yards, and five touchdowns in his four NFL seasons in Jacksonville.
