The Detroit Lions are 0-5; have lost at the buzzer twice on field goals of 50+ yards (including one from 60+ yards away); and have been going through a rash of injuries to key contributors since the first game of the regular season.
Recently, the Lions were informed that the anchor of their offensive line in Pro Bowl Center Frank Ragnow will be out for the remainder of the season with a toe injury that will require season-ending surgery:
This was obviously not the way Ragnow wanted to go out, especially when this was his final play of the 2021 season….
