To no one’s surprise after it was leaked a few hours prior to last night’s official announcement, the Seattle Kraken took Red Wings Defenseman Dennis Cholowski in the Expansion Draft to be a part of their initial 26-player roster. The native of British Columbia and 23-year-old gets to be closer to home after being drafted by the Red Wings 20th overall in the 2016 NHL Draft.
