Football players at the University of Michigan will now be able to make money off their own jersey sales becoming the first program to cash in on the opportunity. The M Den officially came out with an announcement on Friday, and the players will be paid over $10 per jersey sold which is double more than what NFL players make per jersey sold. The agreement is solely between the M Den and Michigan football players, not between the M Den and University of Michigan.
Perspective: Deal for Michigan players at more than $10 a jersey sold with their name on the back is twice as good as what NFL players make per jersey. https://t.co/bQs1g8lRXr
