It’s fair to say that the Michigan-Ohio State rivalry has been one-sided for awhile now. The Wolverines last victory over the Buckeyes was eight years ago.
Back in 2018, Ohio State trounced Michigan 62-39 in Columbus. This made some fans very unhappy, but nothing like Daniel Rippy. He turned to Facebook to make threats against former OSU head coach Urban Meyer, players, and fans.
This wasn’t a wise decision as Rippy just learned about his year-long prison sentence. This is after he’s already spent ten months in jail in Columbus, according to a report.
Daniel Rippy, of Livermore, California, used Facebook Messenger to threaten a shooting at Ohio State University during its annual game against Michigan, and vowed to hurt players on the football team and then-head coach Urban Meyer, authorities said. https://t.co/J1RqrhdL6b
