Reggie Jackson plans to join the Los Angeles Clippers

It was reported yesterday that guard Reggie Jackson was waived by the Detroit Pistons as part of a buyout agreement. He’s played in just 14 games this season. He’s been in Detroit since 2015 and has missed over 100 regular season games in that time.

The Los Angeles Clippers plan to sign Jackson once he clears waivers.

Jackson would be an immediate fit as the back-up point guard for the team. The Clippers have made a strong case to be a title contender to this point in the 2019-2020 season.

Adding a player like Jackson to come off the bench adds more depth to an already really talented team.

Could Jackson be the piece that puts them above the rest of the title contenders.
