Detroit Pistons rookie Sekou Doumbouya continues to impress

The Detroit Pistons are in a tough spot as of right now. Their best player Blake Griffin is injured along with their starting point guard, Reggie Jackson.

The team is also 12 games under the .500 mark. Center Andre Drummond is being rumored as a trade chip along with a few other players on the current roster.

However, there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel. Rookie Sekou Doumbouya continues to look promising in the early stages of his career.

He shot 77 percent from the field in last night’s game against the Boston Celtics and finished the night with 24 points.

He’s showing flashes of being a good NBA player after many fans were skeptical of the Pistons selecting Doumbouya with their first-round pick earlier this year.

What do you think his ceiling is in Detroit? Can he become a star?
