Detroit Lions QB Matthew Stafford lands on this week’s injury report

Matthew Stafford has had his critics during his time playing quarterback for the Detroit Lions. One thing you can’t question about him is his toughness.

He’s approaching 150 consecutive starts in the NFL, meaning the guy has played through an injury or two.

However, he’s been limited in this week’s practices because of a back/hip injury. Stafford reassured Dave Birkett from the Detroit Free Press that everything is good.

“No,” Stafford said when asked his latest injury is related to the one that had him listed as questionable for the Chiefs game. “I’m fine. I’ll be good to go. I’m not really worried about it. Something different, but I’m totally good.”

Do you think there’s any chance Stafford doesn’t play this Sunday against the Bears?
