Muskegon Big Red football getting national attention

High school football is kind of a big deal in West Michigan. If you know anything about it, you’ve definitely heard of the Muskegon Big Reds.

They’re undefeated through their first four games of the 2019 season, outscoring their opponents 169-48.

They have a quarterback named Cameron Martinez who is Mr. Everything for the Big Reds on offense. He’s currently committed to go play at Ohio State next fall.

Muskegon is getting not only local attention, but now on a national scale. MLive placed them at No. 1 in their Top 50 rankings. USA Today hast them at No. 19 in their latest Super 25 High School Football Rankings.

How far can this team go? It looks like the sky is the limit.
