Here’s the part of this rebuild that many fans should be looking forward to the most.

He’s played at both the Double-A and Triple-A level this season in the Tigers farm system. All together, he’s batting .250 with 14 HR and 52 RBI’s.
According to Brandon Day from SB Nation, Rogers will need to continue to work on his approach at the plate.
“There is still substantial swing-and-miss in his game as a hitter, but he continues to show advanced plate discipline and enough power to carry him at the major league level. Heβs spent much of the past year working to tone down the effects of his high leg kick, and trying to smooth a little bit of the uppercut from his swing. On the other hand, that swing does produce a high volume of fly balls, which is a very good thing in this era of juiced balls.”
His biggest strength as he comes up to the majors is his defensive ability.
Tigers fans: Does this bring you any kind of excitement as the season hits the final stretch? Which prospect are you looking forward to see?
