Tampa Bay was so desperate to boost their attendance records at The Trop that the team announced that 5 games would have tickets up for grabs for only $5 a pop. Well, it seems like Tampa Bay better think of another strategy to fill seats cause only two of the five games sold out.
The Rays’ ballpark attendance has been on a steady decline; the team ranks number 29 with an average attendance of only 13,662 fans. Those numbers are even with a record of 39-24.
Thank you @wfla and @TheKelseyMarie. Your lack of journalistic professionalism and integrity and your garbage article was the only thing cited in this @TotalProSports sports tabloid article. Congratulations. And the media wonders why public trust is low.https://t.co/nmwEQz0j6g

Why do you think the Rays can’t fill the ballpark? Which team do you think has lousy attendance numbers?
