If the NFL’s drug tests are actually random, why has Le’Veon Bell been ‘randomly’ tested five times in the past 10 weeks?

The Jets running back took to Twitter, saying he isn’t cooperating with another one.

I done had 5 “random” HGH blood test in 10 weeks…@NFL I’m not doing another after today, whatever y’all lookin for it obviously ain’t there & I’m not about to keep allowing y’all to stick me with those dirty ass needles..find the players who really do that HGH BS & get off me..

According to the NFLPA agreement, players who don’t cooperate face discipline.

Is something fishy here? Is it just a software issue? Do you feel like your employer has singled you out for drug testing?
