Golden Tate denied after appealing four-game suspension

Well it’s official, Golden Tate will be missing the first four games of the 2019 season with the New York Giants.

The former Detroit Lions star receiver was suspended for violating the league’s PED policy earlier this summer. He immediately followed it up with an appeal.

He was denied after appealing the suspension.

The New York Giants signed Golden Tate to a four-year, $37.5 million contract after dealing away Odell Beckham Jr. to the Cleveland Browns.

Tate is supposed to play a vital role in a Giants offense that is thin for receivers already.
