“Who cares, it’s the summer league”.
Bruce Brown recorded 11 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists in yesterday’s summer league game between the Detroit Pistons and the Philadelphia 76ers.
There is significance to this performance for a number of reasons.
Bruce Brown of the Pistons logged a triple-double in the Summer League Wednesday.
It’s the first Vegas Summer League triple-double since Lonzo Ball had two of them in 2017.

It’s just the third time this has happened in a summer league game in 15 years. Right now, Brown is averaging over eight assists per game in summer league action.
It’s significant because he’s not had this type of experience playing point guard.
It sure makes for a crowded Pistons back court. They currently have Reggie Jackson, Derrick Rose, and Tim Frazier all as point guards.
Will Brown be a much bigger contributor this season?
