Michigan baseball one win away from national title

Michigan’s Tommy Henry pitched the Wolverines within one game of the College World Series championship, helping Michigan win over Vanderbilt 7-4 Monday night. If Michigan clenches the next game win, it will be the team’s first championship win since 1962.

Jimmy Kerr was a hero during the game, pitching a two-run homer in the top of the seventh inning. Kerr’s a third-generation Wolverine; his grandfather was apart of the 1962 championship team.

His father played with the Wolverines in 1984, too.

Many thought that Michigan wouldn’t get this far in the championships. Now with one game left do you think they’ll win?
