More than a few NHL fans must be weighing what’s more important right now: making rent or seeing the first ever Stanley Cup Game 7 in Boston.
According to one report, the average ticket price for Wednesday’s do-or-die contest for both the Bruins and Blues runs $2,056 on reseller Vivid Seats’ site.
Demand is high as Boston hasn’t hoisted the Cup at home since 1972, and St Louis has yet to taste that victory, despite three attempts from 1968 to 1970.
The site lists their lowest seat at $1,355, while StubHub has one up front for $39,990.
